Where there is enough fog, and the background is dark enough, a section of fogbow can be seen, plus a faint glory round my shadow. This was easier to see with the eye because moving along made it more obvious. |

On this occasion the fog is so shallow that only a fragment of fogbow is visible. It does seem to extend faintly in front of the green grass, though there may be a contribution from dewbow here ? There was enough fog for a very faint glory round the top of my shadow, but this is lost against the light background of the ploughed field. |

Standing near the edge of the fog my shadow is surrounded by a large glory, with a distinct fogbow to the right. |
