This halo started with fairly strong upper and lower tangent arcs joined up by a weaker 22 degree halo. The right edge is a bit obscured by the vertical streak of cirrus. |
5 minutes later the upper tangent was brighter and more colourful, but the 22 degree halo had almost disappeared. |
90 minutes later a completely different type of cirrus moved in, giving this smooth but almost colourless halo.
