Persistent Lunar Halo - Timelapse


This sequence over over almost two and half hours shows a strong 22 degree halo for most of that time. Jupiter is the bright 'star' to the lower right of the halo while Orion is to the lower left. The green blob is a lens reflection.

In this still taken on another camera the constellation of Orion is clearly visible to the lower left of the halo.
