This series of three images, taken in quick succession, shows the the same section of fogbow without a filter then with a polariser aligned along and across the lower section of bow.
This was quite a strong fogbow and showed a bit of colour on the outer edge.
No supernumeraries were seen which indicates there was some variation in droplet sizes.

The view with the polariser along the bow was actually closer to the visual impression than the view recorded without filter.
The orientation of the polariser is shown at the bottom left of each image.
